Champions
Ivy College of Business
The Debbie and Jerry Ivy College of Business has the opportunity to play a critical role in helping employees, companies, and leaders meet the needs of the increasingly diverse American workforce. In August 2021, we welcomed the most diverse class of business students with 14.6 percent multicultural enrollment. We continue to have the highest percentage of female faculty among the Big XII business colleges and rank fourth among AAU business colleges.
College of Liberal Arts and Sciences
Our approach to DEI work has accelerated dramatically with the July 2021 appointment of Dr. Monic Behnken as our inaugural associate dean for diversity, equity and inclusion for LAS. Her goal is to help LAS become a leader and role model for other colleges on campus in the important work of diversity, equity and inclusion.
